It is located very close to the river and has an amazing view over Vienna. The loft-like layout offers a great way of living, with a cosy communal kitchen and a beautiful roof terrace overlooking the rooftops of Vienna. The apartment has been decorated in a modern style and with a full equipped new kitchen, walk-in closet, a storage room with a washing machine and a modern bathroom with separate toilet. The entire apartment has a controllable floor heating and air conditioning with wifi control. The entrance door is equipped with an electronic door lock which allows a door opening and locking by smartphone. A central WLAN router guaranteed a super-fast internet connection. Your room: The approx. 11m2 single room with a 1.5m2 walk-in wardrobe offers a wonderful view of the Vienna skyline (DC-Tower). It is fully furnished and air conditioned. The lockable private room is equipped with a desk incl. swivel armchair and a Queen Size bed (140/200) with a comfortable pocket spring mattress and storage space. Thanks to the air conditioning and shutters, the room remains pleasantly cool even in summer, so it offers a perfect atmosphere for sleep and study or home office. To the location: Surroundings The apartment is located very close to the river and the city island “Donauinsel”. Supermarkets, coffee shops, pubs & bars and food shops for everyday use are in the immediate vicinity and can be reached on foot by a few steps. Public connection In front of the residential building there is a bus stop with a direct connection to the Subway U1. Further the subway station U6 “Handelskai” and the suburban train station “Traisengasse” are within 5 minutes walking distance. So, most universities can be reached in about 15-30 minutes. free time activities in just a few walking minutes you can enter the local recreation area for sports and relaxation on the so called “Donauinsel”, a island on the river. Also, the shopping and entertainment Center “Millennium City” with numerous shops, bars, a food court and a cinema are also just a 5-minute walk away. home sharing community We enjoy having some drinks and a barbeque on the rooftop terrace.
