The city center and the University of Vienna can be easily reached by public transport in 20 minutes and the sports university center Schmelz is only a 7 minute walk away. Nevertheless, the apartment is located in a quiet and friendly as well as planted side street. You will find several supermarkets and drugstores, as well as pharmacies, so everything for daily needs in the immediate vicinity. For a cozy afternoon or evening, nice old Viennese coffee houses and various restaurants ensure enjoyment and relaxation.
