The room is FULLY FURNISHED with a double bed (with linens), sofa in the room, wardrobe, desk and chair. You will have everything you need, just bring your towels and suitcase. The city center, main train stations, airport and universities are very well reachable with the metro and tram. In just minutes you are connected to the S-Bahn, U6 and Trams to take you anywhere in Vienna. The swimming area of the Danube is very close and easily reachable by bike or with the U6 metro line. From this location, door to the Airport, is just 30 minutes on the S-Bahn. At the Millenium Tower (10 min walk) is one of few grocery shops in Vienna which are open on Sundays. The apartment is on the 4th floor of the building. All rooms are separately accessible. The kitchen, bathroom and toilet are shared with your flatmates. The flat fulfils all your daily living requirements. It comes readily equipped with a kitchen, including refrigerator, cooking equipment and dishes. It includes a washing machine and Wi-Fi Internet. Community One of our main objectives is to build together with you, a great open minded, international community and provide you a life in Vienna with a lot of friends and social contacts like in your hometown. This flat-sharing (2 rooms) is mixed and ideal for young open minded people who also want a great networking opportunity. Perfect for students, interns, flight attendants or young professionals to get a good start in the new city. The rent includes electricity, heating, gas and internet. So you can move in directly without worrying about the necessary utilities. You just need to bring your suitcase with clothes and nothing more. Minimum rental period is 3 months. A second person (couple) will cost an additional 150 €/month. Booking is a minimum renting period of 3 months. ONLY for July and August the minimum renting period is 1 month.
