At the millenium tower (10 min walk) is also one of few grocery shops in Vienna which are open on sundays. The location is one with the best connections in all directions in Vienna. From there you have a perfect train, tram and metro (U4, U6, S-Bahn all 5 min) connection to the city and the airport. From the flats door to the Airport you need 30min because of the S-Bahn. The city center, main train stations, airport and universities are very well reachable with the metro and tram. The swimming area of the Danube is very close and easy reachable by bike or with the U6 metro line. The Vienna international district is easy reachable by bike or S-Bahn and U1. It is very near.
