*** MUSICIANS WELCOME!*** Due to an extended stay abroad, we are renting out our beautiful 113m2 duplex apartment. The apartment is located on the top floor of a historic Gründerzeit building on Hainburger Straße, a quiet, tree-lined street in the heart of Vienna's 3rd district. The bright, open living area on the lower floor, with a modern kitchen and a cozy terrace, invites you to relax. This floor also includes a bedroom with its own bathroom with a shower and a separate WC. The apartment is equipped with oak parquet flooring and high-quality built-in wardrobes. For musicians, there is a Yamaha C6 grand piano (212 cm) available in the living room, adding a special ambiance to the living space. A staircase leads you to the upper floor, which features two additional bedrooms (1 kingsize bed, 1 loft bed), an open gallery, and a bathroom with a bathtub. The rooftop terrace, with its spectacular panoramic view over Vienna, is also located here. Watching the sunset from this spot with a cocktail in your hands is an unforgettable experience! SURROUNDING AREA All daily necessities can be found within a 5-minute walk, including several supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, the Galleria shopping mall, the Rochus market and the bustling Landstraßer Hauptstraße. The U3 subway station is just a 3-minute walk away, and it takes less than 15 minutes (or a 25 min walk) to reach the city center at Stephansplatz. To the Uno City it is just a 25 minutes subway ride. The Wiener Staatsoper and Theater an der Wien can be reached by bus or subway in about 15 minutes. From the nearby train station Wien Mitte it takes only 20 minutes to the Vienna International Airport. The apartment will be rented out fully furnished but note that the photos show several private items that will move with us.
