There is a shared, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a washing mashine. The rent is EUR 440,- per month plus an additional EUR 60,- for utilities per month. The deposit is EUR 1000,- The contract for the room is for a period of 3 years, but can be cancelled by the tenant after a minimum stay of 12 months within a 2 months notice. If, for any reason, you want to cancel your contract earlier this would be possible if you find a replacement student, who we agree with, to rent the room as you move out. The Vienna Hauptbahnhof you will also reach within a 15 minutes walk. The apartment has 6 bedrooms in total. At the moment 5 male and 1 female students live there. They are between 25-38 years and come from all around the world. They get along with each others very well. You can spend some quality time togheter in the shared kitchen or enjoy some time in your private room. For a good shared living environment there are some house rules, for example always keep the shared areas clean, respect each other, no smoking inside the apartment, treat eachother respectfully...
