✨ Above you find a video of the actual interior of the apartment, where you can see that the kitchen changed a little bit, so now you have more storage, the table is now at a usual high. Additionally, we added a small sofa, so chilling while watching movies will be better. ◉ all inclusive rent (heating, electricity, wifi, water, taxes, furnitures, all showed amenities) - NO ADDITIONAL COSTS! 🏠 The 30 sqm apartment is located on the 2nd floor of this building at Brunnengasse that was completely renovated in 2018 (elevator available). 🍽️ The kitchen comes with a big fridge incl. big freezer and a washing machine hidden in the kitchen. An ironing board and iron are available. The kitchen is fully equipped from plates, pans, pots, mixer, coffee machine, water kettle and so so, and if you miss something, just text. The boxspring bed is 1,60m x 2m big. You can pull out the TV, so enjoying a movie is possible in your bed as well. There is a small sofa next to the table. The dining table is 1,20x1,20m big and has two chairs. For your clothes there is enough space in the drawer next to the door and for your jackets and shoes there is a big closet in the kitchen. Wifi is available in the whole apartment. If you want you can connect with your ethernet cable (wifi box is under the TV). 🚗 PARKING While the apartment doesn't include a parking lot, there is a parking garage (BOE Ludo-Hartmann-Platz) 2 walking minutes away. 🚆 GETTING AROUND With the very good connection to public transport (U6 Thaliastrasse is just 2 walk minutes away, as well as the tram line # 46), it's super easy to get around the city quickly. Tram line # 2 connects you to the city centre as well and to the University of Vienna and Technical University. 🛒 At Brunnenmarkt, a popular market just down the street, you can buy fresh food daily. And if you don't feel like cooking, we can highly recommend the restaurant Little India on the ground floor of the building. 📱 Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform.
