Very well communicated next to Turia metro station and near of "Pont de fusta" station direct tram to the beach! ;-) This is a coliving space, you are sharing with flatmates who lives there and this is home of all of you. To guarantee the good atmosphere of coexistence with your flatmates, these points must be made very clear, their acceptance and compliance are necessary to be in the flat, both for you and also for your colleagues who have to comply with them and you can demand their consent. compliance as all have agreed to them in contract.
