It is also air-conditioned and heated, and bed linen and towels are included. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, cooktop, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and everything you need to cook comfortably. A common hallway, lighted 24 hours a day, connects the three studios that make up our property. Each of the studios is completely private, ensuring total privacy for each tenant. The area is surrounded by supermarkets, bars, cafes and restaurants. Just 40 meters away is the nearest supermarket, and 5 minutes walk away is the famous Ruzafa Market, open Monday to Saturday from 8 am to 3 pm.
