Cozy and bright apartment located in one of the best neighborhoods for students that is well connected by public transport. The apartment is fully equiped and everything have been prepared fot students-young workers. It has 5 bright double bedrooms , all of them withventilators, and also 2 complete bathrooms. It is ideal to share with students and young people coming to work in Valencia. The common areas are fully integrated in a single environment. You can enjoy and relax in the lounge which is fully furnished with a flat screen TV, also can use it as a study area and connect to the WIFI. The area is very well served by public transport by having two metro stations that connect you with the various lines of the Valencia metro network in less than 3 minutes walking, and conect you with the main Universities, downtown, and beach: EXPENSES: The rental price includes internet and a weekly cleaning of the common areas. The costs of utilities are as follows: -Water: 10€/month -Gas: 15€/month -Electricity: 25€/month, if any month the consumption is more than this, the difference will be paid separately. In this case, the expenses are shared equal parts between the tenants. BED LINEN: For a hygienic reason, we do not provide any bed linen, neither pillow, duvetor duvet cover. - One of the advantages of living in Valencia is that you have the option of cycling by Valenbisi.
