We have over 4 years of experience in the room rental market in the beautiful city of Valencia, Spain. 🇪🇸 We understand that choosing your accommodation is more than just finding a place to rest; it’s your refuge and will be your new home during your stay. 🏠 We take pride not only in offering you a central location but also in providing a space that reflects your lifestyle and needs. 🌆 Our apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathrooms, is located in one of the best neighborhoods in the city and has an exceptional location just a 2min walk from the City of Arts and Sciences. It has excellent communication with public transportation and bus lines: 95, 13, 25 and has a streetcar stop nearby.... is a real gem waiting to be discovered by people like you - young adventurers/students who come to enjoy our beautiful city. We offer a ‘ready-to-move-in’ room 🛌, providing a complete space with all basic (and more) needs covered: double bed, bedding, towels, bathrobe, spacious wardrobes for your belongings, and a study/work area. 📚🧳 Contract conditions: The owner provides a weekly cleaning services. Weekly cleaning is mandatory in all apartments. The owner bears the cost of 2 monthly cleanings and the other 2 cleaning are divided among the tenants of the apartment. (Each cleaning is approximately 2 hours = 36€, this is divided by the number of tenants). There is also an administrative fee of €80 that is paid ONCE at the time of Move-In. For us, tenant service is our top priority—we have an automated management system that allows us to provide quick and efficient service through our professional team. 👨‍🔧👩‍🔧 If something needs to be repaired, it will be fixed in no time. If the overall expenditure exceeds said 50€/month, the cost difference will be split among the tenants of the apartment Just to clarify our cleaning fees so everything is transparent! The fee you see listed as "Other" is for the regular cleaning of the common areas, a cost we share to keep the apartment nice and tidy for everyone. There is also a one-time final cleaning fee for your room, which you pay when you move in. This way, you don't have to worry about arranging a deep clean when you're ready to move out—we take care of it for you!
