This spacious apartment is located on the first floor of a beautifully restored traditional Sevillian house in the famous Arenal neighborhood. Although there is no elevator, the stairs are wide and comfortable. The apartment features a high-ceiling living room combining a cozy sitting area and dining space, along with a modern, open, fully equipped kitchen. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with showers; one bedroom has a double bed measuring 1.60 x 1.90 m, while the other has two single beds measuring 0.90 x 1.90 m each. Padre Marchena Street is one of the quietest in the city center and the Arenal area, known for its exclusive homes and safe environment. Nearby you’ll find numerous bars, well-known restaurants, small shops, and two supermarkets. Major landmarks such as the Cathedral, Alcázar, and Giralda are just a few minutes’ walk from the apartment. The booking of each (hidden) accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or (hidden), and you can contract or refuse them.
