💢💢💢 Ocean view apartment close to the Arrábida Natural Park, inserted in a building complex located 2 km from Sesimbra village center and California beach. Ideal for a couple retreat, nature lovers, trekkers or hikers that love exploring the cliff natural beauty. A car is recommended to better explore the surrounding areas and easily reach the Sesimbra village. On foot the route is a little tricky, since there is no walking path on part of the route to the village. The space The apartment is the result of a deep rehabilitation, located inside a building complex on the 4th floor and has an area of 47m2, was designed and equipped so that you have everything you need to spend your vacation days close to the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave/oven, induction stove, mini fridge, 80L water heater, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto expresso coffee machine, electric kettle and toaster. With WiFi and air conditioning that heats and cool that apartment. Please do not use simultaneously all electronic appliances, such as toasters, kettles, hobs, stoves, as this will bring down the electrical panel. If you're cooking, turn on one appliance at a time, because with the air conditioner and water heater on, the electrical panel don ́t handle so many appliances on. Guest access Guests will have full access to the entire apartment. Other things to note - Dear guest, your booking responsibility: We kindly ask all guests to carefully read and understand the apartment configuration and the house rules, as well as our listing, before making a reservation. - Amenities and Consumables: Guests can expected to find in the apartment the equipment, amenities, and consumables mentioned in the (hidden) listing. Please bring any extra consumables that you think you will need and are not listed. - The cleaning fee includes the cleaning of the apartment also the laundry, done by a professional company. - Parking is free outside in the street, but not private. In summer it can be more difficult to park close to the building. - We do not provide beach towels. - Water Heater The apartment is equipped with a 80 liters water heater to be used in the apartment, if the hot water runs out it can take up to 2/3 hours to heat the 80 liters of hot water, you need to use your hot water wisely so you don't run out of hot water. - Quick note that there is no walking path from this apartment into town, so you will need to walk on the side of the road for about 7-10 minutes, if you don't have a car and you are not able-bodied, this would be a major issue. - We are sorry but it is not allowed to leave luggage in the apartment before check-in and after check-out because we do not have a place to store luggage, thanks for your understanding. - Please do not flush the wipes down the toilet because it clogs the pipes, throw them in the bin. - Please remove all the sand from your body before showering because it clogs the shower. -We cannot be held accountable for the consequences of the misuse of electrical equipment, balconies, windows, handrails, stairs and any other hazardous areas. - We are not responsible for any theft or forgetting goods, which occur inside the apartment. Sesimbra, Setúbal, Portugal Ideal for enjoying the beautiful beaches of Sesimbra and exploring the Serra da Arrábida Natural Park with its nature trails (install the Wikiloc App for dozens of trails) and unique beaches. A car is recommended if you want to fully explore all of the area, you can easily call a Uber. Sesimbra village center is about 10 minutes by car, 15 min walk downhill, there you will find the picturesque charm of this seaside village, with the wonderful local gastronomy based on fresh fish and sea food, the cute little shops and a variety of bars, coffee shops and restaurants by the ocean. By car: 20 minutes from the beautiful village of Azeitão where you can visit Bacalhoa and José Maria da Fonseca wine cellars. 25 minutes from Setúbal where by ferry you can reach the coast of Tróia and walk along the wonderful deserted beaches to Comporta. And 40 mins from Lisbon... a city to discover and unique in Europe. Getting around The apartment is located uphill on the cliff overlooking Sesimbra bay. Because the location is a bit off centred Sesimbra downtown a car is recommended if you want to fully explore the area and the Arrábida Natural Park. Bike rides are also a good way to get around. * How to get to Sesimbra from Lisbon? We recommend renting a car or grabbing an Uber. Getting there by public transportation from Lisbon airport: * BUS It's possible to get to Sesimbra by BUS from Lisbon (around 1h trip). You can grab the SUBWAY at the airport (red line) direction SETE RIOS. Once there grab the BUS to Sesimbra is no 3721 from Carris Metropolitana company. Attention to the bus schedule, the last bus leaves Sete Rios at 23h on week days, at 23h30 no weekends. The last bus leaves Sesimbra at 18h30 on week days, at 21h30 on weekends. The bus ticket (called navegante). The is a Carris Metropolitana kiosk right by the bus terminal in Sete Rios and Sesimbra.
