Kitchenette doesn't have a stove but does have a George Forman, hot plate, grill, Gourmia toaster oven Air Fryer, small refrigerator. App-friendly TV. WIFI. Full sized mattress (additional twin blow up). Electric heater and Dyson AM11 air purifier and cooling fan. Dyson cordless vacuum w attachments. Portable AC unit. Plenty of free street parking right out in front of house w no street sweeping or restrictions. Harmon Kardon AuraStudio Bluetooth player. There's a walkway on the leftside of the house that will lead you to the guesthouse in the rear of property (detached). The table and chairs on the faux grass in area next to guesthouse is for your use. Dyson cordless vacuum inside guesthouse. Please dump after each use. Please note: - Unregistered guests will result in $50/per person additional charge. Approved additional occupants $15/ni. Must keep noise confined to inside of guesthouse. - Parking- Curb tires. **Do not park your car in or block driveway.** - Please do not walk on plants or rocks as it destroys them. - Be careful not to pull down on shower curtain or place towel on it as it’s just holding onto the ceiling for dear life. - The wall sconce above the bed is turned in by light switch to left of Dutch doors. All other wall sconces turn on by tightening bulb. - Lock doors & turn off all electrical appliances when you leave. - Cleaning service available upon request and required for stays longer than 21 days. - Amazon Firestick for TV apps. - Late checkouts may incur additional fees up to an entire full nights stay. - DO NOT SMOKE inside otherwise, at our sole discretion, you will be charged $350 cleaning fee. This includes the SMELL of any kind of incense, marijuana or cigs etc. Soiled linens may result in additional costs. - Pets: Please inquire. $150 pet fee. Up to 2 pets allowed under 20lbs; or up to 40 plus if mature, lower energy. Pet deposit & fee. Breed Restrictions : Pit bulls, Terriers, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, Chows, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Wolf-hybrids not allowed. Beware the yellow Angels trumpet flower in backyard maybe toxic to dogs, when ingested. - The cleaning fee is a basic clean. Additional cleaning fees determined by what needs to happen to return unit back to original. Based on $35/hr. - The water, gas, and trash are paid utilities. The limit on the internet is 1,280 gigs.
