This studio is situated at the front of the building and consists of two rooms, offering a spacious living environment with its own kitchenette and bathroom. The toilet and laundry room, equipped with a washing machine, are shared with one other resident. The Mijnsherenlaan offers excellent access to public transport. Maashaven metro station is just minutes away, from where you can reach Rotterdam city centre quickly. Shops, supermarkets, and other amenities are also nearby. Please note this room is exclusively available for international students or expats and is suitable for one occupant. The minimum rental period is 7 months up to a maximum of 11 months.
