Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing me 1 month before your expected move-out date. The rental agreement must be signed by check-in. Failure to do so will result in the inability to access the apartment. PAYMENTS: The following payments are due at check-in and must be made via instant bank transfer if you have a SEPA account, via Wise or cash if you are located outside the SEPA area: A security deposit, which will be refunded within one week of your departure. Any damages will be deducted from the deposit upon presentation of an invoice. A €50 one-time final cleaning fee. The landlord's signature on the lease agreement shall serve as acknowledgment of receipt for the aforementioned payments.
