This cozy attic room with a beautiful view in Prague for rent is located on the 5th floor with windows looking into the street. The room has a double bed, a work table, and an extra spacious closet. The room size is about 19 square meters and it is “ready to move in”. It’s fully furnished and with bedding and pillows. Also, the modern kitchen has built-in appliances such as a washing machine, dishwasher, and electric and microwave oven. All kitchen appliances are available. Price includes EVERYTHING (high-speed wi-fi internet, energy and water utilities, etc.). A security deposit in the amount of one month's rent is required. If your stay is less than 3 months, then a deposit is 50% of the monthly rent.
