Each shared apartment has three bathrooms, each with a window, a vanity, a shower, and a toilet. The bathrooms are modernly designed and equipped with mirrors, lighting, and bathroom accessories. The private rooms feature large windows and are already furnished to a high standard with a sliding-door wardrobe, a bed with drawers for storage, and a comfortable workspace including a desk lamp. Curtains/blinds, a floor lamp, and ceiling spotlights are already installed and included in the rental. The adjacent outbuilding, which serves as a laundry room with three washing machines and two dryers (tokens for washing machines and dryers are distributed by the caretaker), is available to all residents 24 hours a day.
