Well-Equipped and Cozy: The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with all the essentials to ensure a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Location: Situated on the fifth floor of a six-story building with an elevator, providing both comfort and accessibility. Interior Features: Living Area: Features a sitting space, a foldable double bed, and a fully equipped kitchenette for all your cooking needs. Bedroom: Includes one bedroom with a double bed and a spacious closet for your belongings. Bathroom: Modern bathroom with all necessary amenities. Additional Information Breakfast Options: Breakfast can be requested from our partner services. Please inquire about the available menus before your check-in. Family Amenities: We can provide a crib, cutlery, baby bath, high chair, and other baby essentials upon request. Please let us know your requirements before the check-in date. Check-In Policy: All check-ins after midnight are subject to a €20 fee, payable in cash upon arrival. Additional Charges: There may be additional costs for lost keys, keys left inside the apartment, or keys forgotten in the lock. Locksmith fees range from €40 to €150, depending on the situation. Water and electricity bills are included up to €50 per month. Any usage beyond this amount will be covered by the tenant.
