We provide only the 5 major electric appliance (Stove , oven , fridge, washing machine and boiler for hot water) . You are welcome to use any other appliance or kitchen utensil that previous guest have left but if you need anything else you have to buy it for your self. LOCATION & TRANSPORTATION: Bus stop 2 min walking . Tram stop 6 minutes walking Enjoy privacy, in a calm neighbourhood and easy access to the beach which is 10 - 15 minutes walking. Ideal for those who want to explore the new heart of Athens. Marina Flisvos, Planetarium, New Opera, Nautical museum , New metropolitan park are within 15 minutes walk. Enjoy the warm sea from May to November. Shops restaurants are within 3 min walking. Damage deposit and rules are stated at the online contract (no need for signing) that our company will create a few days after your check in.
