Central location, app. 10 min by foot from the heart of the city with very good transportation connection (6 min. to U-Bahn, S-Bahn, etc.). Just around the corner of the new big city-mall 'Schwanthaler Forum' with 3 supermarkets (Bio-Vollkorner, Edeka and Lidl), plenty restaurants, shops, boutiques, pharmacists, etc. You can also rent a garage for approx. 80€/month, if needed. Small cellar-department available.
