The bedroom offers a comfy double bed. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet. The living room is equipped with a dining area and a cozy coucharea, a full-serviced open kitchen with eating place. Furthermore the apartment offers possibility to telephone, glass fiber internet connection, cable TV . In cold wintermonths you can warm up you cosy and cute at the wood-oven. Really great feeling. Common washing and drying machine in (hidden)ment. Located in a quiet TOP location, just in the middle of the old town, the property come with a great connection to the S/U-Marienplatz or Isartor and you can find lots of different stores, pharmacies and doctors within walking distance. Please note that the monthly rent is excluding utilities (water, electricity, internet). Die nach Süden ausgerichtete und zentral gelegene Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen TOP-Lage mitten in der Altstadt im 5. Stock (kein Aufzug, aber freies Training :D) Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einem Essbereich und einer gemütlichen Couchlandschaft ausgestattet. Die voll ausgestattete Küche mit einem Essplatz, das Schlafzimmer bietet ein bequemes Doppelbett. Das Badezimmer hat eine Dusche mit Toilette. Außerdem bietet die Wohnung die Möglichkeit zum Telefonieren und Glasfaser-Internetanschluss.
