We offer you a centrally located, in a quiet TOP location, just in the middle of the old town, well equipped, completely furnished apartment in the old town. The location comes with a great connection to the S/U-Marienplatz or Isartor and you can find lots of different stores, pharmacies and doctors within walking distance. The very spacious apartment (48 m2), on the 3rd floor (no elevator but a free workout :D), offers 2 rooms and outside private terrace !! (10m2). The bedroom has a comfy double and a separate single bed. The bathroom has a bath to shower and a toilet. The living room is equipped with a full-serviced kitchen, a dining area and a cozy couch. More features are available; the apartment offers to telephone, glass fiber internet connection, and cable TV. The common washing and drying machine are in (hidden)ment. Please note that the monthly rent is excluding utilities (water, electricity, and internet). These extra costs have to be paid on top (see in the cost overview section). Person 249€ für 3 Personen € 499€). Nebenkosten-Vorauszahlung 190€ pro Monat. Die DG-Maisonette-Wohnung bietet 2 Zimmer und ist ca. 48 m2 groß. Die helle und absolut zentral gelegene Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen TOP-Lage mitten in der Altstadt im 3. Stock (kein Aufzug, aber freies Training :D) mit eigener Süd-Terrasse 10m2!!! Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einer voll ausgestatteten amerikanisch offenen Küche, einem Essbereich und einer gemütlichen Couch ausgestattet. Das Schlafzimmer bietet ein bequemes Doppelbett und ein separates Einzelbett. Das Badezimmer hat eine Badewanne und eine Toilette. Außerdem bietet die Wohnung Telefon, Glasfaser-Internetanschluss, Kabelfernsehen. Gemeinsame Wasch- und Trockenmaschine im Untergeschoss. Zusätzlich verfügen die Wohnungen über eine gute Anbindung an den S/U-Marienplatz oder Isartor und Sie finden viele verschiedene Geschäfte, Apotheken und Ärzte in unmittelbarer Nähe. Bitte beachten Sie, dass die monatliche Miete ohne Nebenkosten (Wasser, Strom und Internet) ist. Diese Kosten müssen zusätzlich bezahlt werden (siehe Kostenübersicht).
