Upon request, we also provide a desk and chair for your convenience. Bills included up to 50 euros, once this amount is exceeded the difference must be paid by the tenant. The listed price is for one person. Each additional guest will be charged €100 per month. The deposit to be charged is equivalent to 1 month's rent. Enjoy absolute comfort and tranquility at any hour, thanks to our high acoustic protection doors and windows, which ensure soundproofing and thermal insulation. Our expansive kitchen, over 30 square meters, is equipped with the latest technology and has become a favorite gathering spot for guests. Here, you can prepare meals, meet new friends, and share cultural and culinary experiences. Relax in our outdoor patio, perfect for sunbathing, enjoying a glass of Porto wine, or unwinding after a day of exploration. This serene space offers a perfect retreat to soak in the sunshine or read a book about the city. Guests have full access to all common areas, including the main entrance, the side patio entrance, and the kitchen and living/dining areas. Additionally, there is a communal bathroom with a private shower, ideal for freshening up after check-out or a day at the beach.
