Afterwards, a few minutes walking from the apartment is Plaza Mayor; the main square of the city and a must-visit location. Also close by you have the Reina Sofía National Art Museum which holds a big collection of works from Dali and Picasso. The closest metro station is Lavapiés but you also have Embajadores, La Latina and Puerta de Toledo metro stations to take you around the city and further on.
