The bedroom is spacious and very comfortable. It has a very nice double bed with a decorative headboard and air conditioning. The living-dining room is connected to the kitchen to make the most of the space. It has air conditioning and a window overlooking an inner courtyard. The living room, spacious and bright, has a large sofa and television. The kitchen is modern and functional and is equipped with all kinds of appliances and utensils. The bathroom is spacious and modern. The apartment is located on the first floor of a building with a lift. It has WiFi connection. Your best choice! The cot is subject to availability. Please notify at the latest 5 days in advance. Air conditioning in all rooms of the apartment. 🍁To take into account: Important: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Law (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival. Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times. The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to access to the apartment. The delivery of apartment keys will be done directly at our offices on Calle Augusto Figueroa 4, ground floor, between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM. In case of arriving after 7:00 pm, remember to call at least 30 minutes in advance to ensure that someone is available to receive you directly in the apartment for the key handover. Important: all check-ins to be carried out between 9:00 PM and 2:00 AM have an additional cost of €50 to be paid in cash to the person who receives them in the apartment. Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. It will be essential to have a mobile device with call service. On the day of your check-in, you must contact our team 30 minutes before your arrival to coordinate key delivery. ✨Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT).
