**This flat is rented on a seasonal basis, for medium or short stays, but only in accordance with the LAU regulations as ‘use other than as a dwelling’, and rentals for tourist purposes are not permitted; the rental must be for work/personal/family reasons, etc., and the person renting must reside outside Madrid, and of course never make this property their permanent residence (it will be their temporary residence), nor be registered on the census.** Cosy one bedroom, one bathroom flat located in one of Madrid’s most exclusive neighbourhoods, the Salamanca district, close to Serrano street. On entering the property we find the hallway. At the end of it we access the living room equipped with a comfortable sofa, Smart TV and desk. The kitchen, integrated in the living room, is equipped with all the necessary utensils to make your stay more pleasant. Returning to the hall, if we go through the panels, we find the bedroom equipped with a comfortable 135cm bed. Next to the bedroom, we find the complete bathroom equipped with a shower. A flat with an unbeatable location where you can rest after a busy day in the city. The area where the flat is located is known for its glamour and exclusivity. The Salamanca district of Madrid has shops, restaurants and a wide range of leisure activities. It is also well connected to the rest of the city thanks to its proximity to public transport and areas of tourist interest. The booking of each (hidden) accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or (hidden), and you can contract or refuse them. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
