It is close to several subways such as Diego de Leon, Nuñez de Balboa and Avenida de America, as well as the Circular, 12 and 56 bus lines among others. The Salamanca neighborhood is one of the best areas of Madrid, for its good location, wide avenues and cool places that are in it. The area is good and safe, in terms of entertainment and things to do mention that it has stores, restaurants, gyms, libraries and entertainment venues, all of them ideal to meet any of the needs of the tenant. The apartment is large and bright (150 m2) and is fully furnished with all appliances and utensils necessary for living. The apartment is to share, with a maximum of 6 roommates between 22 and 35 years old, all of them students or workers.
