Bright, modern and Scandinavian-inspired: a 60m2, two-bedroom flat in artsy Angel, ideal for small families. Stroll through the nearby parks, check out illustrations at the Quentin Blake Centre or pop in local eateries. King's Cross station is 21 minutes away by foot and is where you'll find the famous Platform 9 and 3/4 from the Harry Potter Movies. The space Welcome! Situated on a family-friendly street, my flat is conveniently positioned behind a performing arts centre. It occupies the ground floor of a low-lying apartment building, only a 3-minute walk from the Underground (Angel) station, and one tube stop (4 minutes) from King's Cross via the Northern Line. From there, it takes just 21 minutes to reach King's Cross, where you can explore the Harry Potter store and the iconic Platform 9 and 3/4. Additionally, Islington, known for its independent boutiques, record stores, coffee houses, and homegrown designer brands like JW Anderson, is only an 18-minute journey away by foot. Upon entering, you will be welcomed by a hallway that leads to an inviting living room bathed in abundant sunlight, courtesy of its large windows. Relax, unwind on the comfortable sofa bed, and enjoy your favourite shows with friends and loved ones. You can also share delightful meals at the Scandinavian-inspired dining set. The well-equipped kitchen features all the essentials, including a gas stove, oven, and built-in fridge. For added convenience, the kitchen also houses a washing machine, allowing you to freshen up your clothes without the need to visit a local laundromat. The flat comprises two bedrooms: one king and one queen. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night's sleep. The bathroom offers everything you need to freshen up, with a relaxing tub for a soothing soak. Towels and toiletries are provided at no additional cost. Rest assured, my flat is professionally cleaned and sanitised for your comfort. Enjoy! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home! Other things to note This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required). Greater London, England, United Kingdom Popular with creative firms and dotted with bright apartment blocks in converted warehouses, Angel is home to cutting-edge restaurants and homely gastropubs, plus historic pubs, sleek bars, and nightclubs. Hip cafes and indie shops line car-free Exmouth Market, which has a twice-weekly street-food market. Leather Lane Market has food stalls catering to local office workers and clothes and produce. Sadler's Wells Theatre is right across the street, with Camden Passage, only 7 minutes walk away, is full of specialty coffee shops, pubs, and restaurants. There is also a large Sainsburys supermarket within 10 minutes walk for all your grocery needs during your stay. Getting around Services like black cab, UBER, Bolt and Addison Lee are available for hire in London. - Angel (underground) is 3 minutes away by foot. - King's Cross and King's St Pancras are 4 minutes by the underground Northern line or 21 minutes away by foot. - The British Museum, UCL and the University of London are 27 minutes away by foot. - London Heathrow is 1 hour and 30 minutes away, depending on route and traffic conditions.
