You’ll only need to bring your personal belongings – everything else is ready for you. 🍳 About the apartment: Studio apartment: While designed as a studio, it can be arranged with separate beds to function as a two-bedroom space if needed. The main living area will serve as your working space, and the living area is near the entrance for more privacy. Fully equipped, with a bright and sunny ambiance that encourages positive energy. New photos show different arrangements for the apartment’s layout to accommodate your needs. 📍 About the location: Just steps away from all the main attractions, including: Academy of Fine Arts and Design: 320 m Academy of Music: 1.2 km Academy of Theatre, Radio, Film, and TV: 930 m Biotechnical Faculty: 1.4 km Faculty of Arts: 770 m Faculty of Architecture: 1.1 km Faculty of Civil Engineering: 660 m Many more faculties within walking distance! Perfect for anyone who wants to be in the heart of Ljubljana, surrounded by both nature and the energy of the city. 💰 Costs: Rent: 1,111 EUR per month for one person, a couple, or two close friends. Additional Costs: Approx. 150 EUR per month for utilities (gas, electricity, Wi-Fi, water, etc.).
