The apartment is located just a few minutes drive from the central bus and train station, the ring road and the city center, making it ideal if you are looking for easy arrival/departure and easy cruising around the city. It is located near several tourist attractions - the city center is just a few minutes away (5 minutes by car, 15 minutes by bus, 30 minutes on foot) and the Plečnik Stadium is right next to you. If you are in Ljubljana on a business trip, you will appreciate the easy and fast access to the highway and its location near the city center, the Ljubljana Exhibition and Convention Center and the BTC City Park (Ljubljana's shopping and business center). If you are interested in sports or events, the new Stožice sports arena is located nearby, where many sports events and concerts take place. We are a young couple who had the opportunity to renovate the entire downstairs apartment to make it very comfortable and pleasant for you. While we live on the upper two floors of the house, we will welcome and host you. Once again, some quick facts: - 55 m2, 2 bedrooms - half-basement - both bedrooms have a view of the green and the courtyard of the house - large bedroom with a double bed (double bed, 2.6 x 2.0 m) - small bedroom with a sofa bed (double bed, 1.4 m x 2.0 m) - the sofa bed is comfortable for 1 or 2 people - large hall, Wi-Fi (100/10 Mbit/s), dining room for 3 people - fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle) - bathroom with shower, hairdryer - separate toilet - free parking (1 parking space) in front of the house - beds made upon your arrival, towels, basic cosmetics - across the street you can find a grocery store, on the same street there is a bus stop for the city bus (nu.14), a park with a children's playground is 150 m away, and there are also a few restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity - 2 minutes walk from the city bus station or a few minutes from the larger city bus station near the Plečnik stadium - 2.5 km from the central train and bus station - 4 minutes drive from the highway (1.8 km) - 3.5 km from the city center (taxi ride approx. 4-5 EUR) - 8 minutes drive from the main hospital and emergency center (2 km) This is a pet-free apartment; not because I don't like it, but out of commitment to all guests with allergies. There are 2 parking spaces available in front of the house. If you have more than two cars, you can park on the street next to the house.
