Spacious apartment in a vibrant location! The air-conditioned apartment consists of 1 bedroom with a double bed, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and a kettle, and 1 bathroom with a shower and free toiletries. Towels and bed linen are featured in the apartment. I can put additional single bed in the bedroom If you deduct all the winter time expenses, that are included in the rent the rent is resonable You will find the location of the apartment really great. The area is very safe, and clean. It is a 10-minute walk away from the city centre and a 5-minute walk from a train and bus station. There are 3 big, good grocery stores just a couple of minutes away (Mercator, Lidl, Hofer). Across the street, there is one of the best restaurants in the city and the Railway museum is just down the street. The apartment is very cosy and clean. The doors are burglar, smell and noise proof and since the building was made in 1930 the walls are so thick that you will not hear any of the neighbors. This is apartment where I live. So it has everything for a regular life. I rent it out during winter when I travel. Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform.
