Very spacious and cozy room to rent in a fantastic location in Ljubljana Large, spacious room in a first floor flat in a typical Ljubljana town house. This room is fully furnished with a bed (160x200) and bed (90x200), closet, 2 study desk and lots of shelves for all of your books and trinkets. It has big windows for plenty of natural light and a view of the front garden. Usually it is for 2 people - 275 per person, if you are interested, let me know. 550 is the price if you are alone in the room. You will be sharing the flat with three flat mates. There is a fully equipped communal kitchen (oven, kettle, microwave...) with a balcony for morning coffee, a bathroom and a separate toilet. There is a reliable wi-fi all over the house and the garden. The house has a private, green garden where you can barbecue, sunbathe or just simply relax after a busy day. There is also possibility of parking (behind a gate) and the best thing is the fantastic location. House is literally 2 minutes (walking distance) away from the green oasis of the city, famous Tivoli park and 5 minutes from city center on one side and city bike and bus stations (for more distant destinations) on the other. For your weekend trips around Europe you can just hop on a train which is also in immediate vicinity (Tivoli station). The price of the rent does not include the utility costs (water, gas, electricity, internet, maintance...) which usually average at around 70-80€ per person/month during winter season. In case of any emergencies in the flat, the maintenance crew is always on stand-by. There is also an option of cleaning service.
