This wonderful apartment in the Travessa de Laranjeira - which means "Orange Tree Road" - is located in the very heart of Lisbon. You can watch the famous yellow Bica-Cable-Car from your balcony. In a 2 minute walk you are at "Praça Luís de Camões" which is the very center of the old city of Lisbon. Walking the street up 1 minute and you will find the wonderful "Miradouro de Santa Catarina" where you can enjoy an amazing view over the River Tejo while drinking a glass of good Portuguese wine. Find bars, clubs, shops, cafés, art galleries ... and everything you dream of when you think of Portugal - only a few minutes away from your new home. This apartment has definitely the best TOP location in the historic center in Lisbon. → Building The charming flat sits in the second floor of an historic building, which has been completely renovated in 2023. It is bright and gets a lot of natural sunlight. Enjoy a sweeping view over one of the most typical street of the Bica area with the famous yellow cable car. → Bedroom The apartment features an indoor bedroom with a comfortable double-bed and a flat smart TV. Please note that the bedroom has no extra window. But the whole apartment is very well designed: there is a sliding door to the main room and also a very well designed and enlightend wardrobe which gives you the feeling as if there were a window. → Bathroom The apartment has a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. → Living Room The Living Room has a wooden table with 4 chairs. There is also a working area with a desk and a desk chair. → Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge, deep freezer, microwave, oven and coffee maker. → Balcony You can watch the famous cable car from the balcony. There is the opportunity to dry your clothes on the balcony. Please be aware that it can be noisy and busy during the month of June. The Santos Populares festivities take place in this area.
