Cleaning & Linen Services: - A mandatory final cleaning fee of 160.00€ will be applied to all bookings. - You have the option to choose a monthly cleaning service, which includes linens, for an extra 80.00€ per month. - If you prefer to skip the monthly cleaning, a member of our team will need conduct a bimonthly inspection of the property. Please note that linens are not included with this option. - Linens can be added for an additional monthly fee. Important info » Guests are required to fill a form with ID/Passport information before or upon check-in. » LATE NIGHT CHECK-IN: for arrivals between 21:00 (9 PM) and 9:00 (9 AM) a late check-in fee of € 25 shall be applied.
