LOCATION The neighbourhood offers a mix of local shops, cafes, restaurants, and essential services within walking distance. Nearby metro stations: Anjos station — Green Line. Also relatively close: Alameda station — Red Line, and Saldanha station — Yellow Line. Some of the buses that stop near Rua Francisco Sanches are: 706, 708, 716, 717, 742. The security deposit can't be part of the last month's rent. - The rent must be paid until the last day of the previous month. - Every tenant is responsible for keeping the accommodation clean and in good conditions. - Visitor(s) policy: Yes (Under request and approval). - Parties are not allowed. - Loud noises are not allowed after 22:00. - Smoking inside the property is not allowed. - Pets or animals are not allowed.
