Hello! Possibility half board included. Complementary : half board : 300€ per person and per month : you are a full-time student and want to enjoy a family life. The landlord prepares breakfast and dinner : French, chinese or Italian meals! Seasonable vegetables come straight out of the garden, year-round : tomatoes, salads, green beans, pumpkin etc.. The landlord owns beehives so you can enjoy his honey for breakfast! You can event play the piano if you fancy it !!!! Since 2009, we have welcomed many french and foreign girls (18 pers from IDRAC and Business School of EM Lyon). The house is a 180 square-meter villa with a beautiful and closed garden. We can bring you to the railway station or to the airport when you arrive : give your hour's arrival by email. There are 3 single bedrooms on the first floor with a shared bathroom and toilet. Bedding, sheets, wardrobe, desk, wifi or cable internet, heating will be at your disposal. See the two others rooms. You will find the lobby, kitchen, living room and a private bedroom for us and a large terrace on the ground floor. Sheets, cover and all linen for the bathroom are provided and a washing machine is also available. The landlord is at your disposal for anything you need. You can easily jog around the house in wild countryside. You can breathe a very fresh air : here you are in full nature. You can watch the TV in the living room. French,Italian and English conversations, training in french to help improve the student's knowledge of the language. If you come with a car you can park it in the closed garden. For transport to the schools : - IDRAC Scholl : 20' by foot to catch a bus 10 E , 20 'to the "Gare de Vaise" tube station 10 minutes and to the station "Gorge de Loup" in front of the school. Total 45 minutes from home to school. - EM Business School Lyon in Lyon : 10' by foot to catch a bus n°10E , more 6 0 minutes by tub in front of the school EM. It is a great opportunity to experience the french way of life! Sunny terrace and leisure garden with trees : You stay in a full nature with a fresh air : no pollution here. References from old students who came in our home available : in general 2 or 3 friends in the same school. A rental agreement will be signed between you and the landlord, once the booking is confirmed : exchange by email. Payment the first day of each month. A copy of your ID or Passport and, if applicable, your visa will be asked. Normaly the students have 3 months for studying in IDRAC Lyon 9° OR EM Ecully BUSINESS SCHOOL : it's why we propose 3 months minimum for housing from september to december or january to may : during the school's attendance. For other months we are at your disposal for about one month. Tenants can apply for CAF, but the process takes some time so it is important to anticipate this when booking.
