The refurbishments include all new paint throughout, new curtains, a new bathroom floor & plenty more smaller upgrades and repairs to bring this property up to a high standard. This cosy home can accommodate up to 7 people inclusive of double sofa bed has off road parking for up to 3 vehicles (further on street parking is available), as well as indoor & outdoor dining areas. A travel cot & high chair can also be made available at the property. You can be assured therefore that we will be fully deep cleaning our property between every guest. This Wonderful home consists of a spacious kitchen complete with a Fridge, Freezer, Range Cooker, Microwave, Kettle and Toaster as well as cooking equipment and crockery. A washing machine is also made available in the kitchen. All cleaning materials including washing up liquid, hand wash, surface sanitizer are supplied. Tea, coffee, Sweetener, sugar and condiments are also made available. A downstairs WC is located next to the kitchen. The spacious living room consists of a comfortable corner sofa double bed with a 32" TV (Netflix & Free-view channels ) and a desk & chair for remote working. The conservatory consists of a dining table & chairs, ready for you and your party to enjoy your meal. A ceiling fan is also available keep it cool in the hot summer months. Outside the property to the front is a small garden. To the side of the property is a driveway with parking for three vehicles. To the rear is a spacious private garden with a large decked area with lighting and outdoor seating, perfect for those relaxing summer evenings. Bedroom 1 - Double bed. Bedroom 2 - Two single beds. Bedroom 3 - One single bed. The bathroom consists of a bath, shower, wash basin and toilet. CHECK IN / CHECK OUT Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. Other things to note "Surveillance Device Disclosure: We have a Ring video doorbell and ring cameras installed to the exterior of the property" Prior to arrival we will send you a unique key safe code to enter the property. We believe in letting our guests enjoy their stay alone, however if you do need anything we have people on hand to help you anyway possible. Rules: This is a residential area and the guests should follow the below rules. 1. No parties or events at the house. 2. No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 7 people. 3. No Smoking inside the property 4. No Pets 5. Parking should be made in designated area. Guests and visitors should comply with the parking regulations and requirements and must show consideration to other vehicles in the neighborhood. 6. Quiet time after 10pm. 7. Dispose of any rubbish in the bins provided.
