The kitchen is equipped with a microwave oven, portable induction hob, electric kettle, table blender, sandwich maker and coffee machine. Full equipped with all necessary cooking utensils and pans, equipped with crockery and cutlery. There are storage cupboards and everything you need to prepare wonderful meals. Dishes drainer and mini refrigerator with freezer. Additional information: Bed and bath line is provided and should be kept in optimum conditions throughout use. The security deposit must be paid during the check-in and will be returned if the apartment is left unattended in the same condition as received. The deposit money will be returned within 48hours after checkout. The rent must be paid until 2nd day of every month in case of stay for more than 1 month. Every tenant is responsible for keeping the apartment clean and in good conditions. Visitor(s) policies: yes (under request and approval). Parties are not allowed.
