SERVICE APARTMENTS The tenants get full maintenance for the apartment (service 7 days per week) during the entire period of lease. The Lessor can get for the tenants hand-sanitizers, home-sanitizers, face-masks, gloves, sanitizers and protective visors (upon request). The deposit is only an amount withheld by the Lessor as collateral and a guarantee for the entire rental period. The security deposit is not a form of payment of the last monthly rent.
