The apartment is around 70 m2. The building is located in a really quiet neighborhood and you have all that you need close to the flat. Supermarkets, cafes, bars, groceries, shops, pub, discos, stores (open h24) and the shopping mall Galeria Krakowska are all very close to the place! This is an old historical building recently renovated. Perfect apartment for foreign students and/or young workers (people who wants to live in the center and hate cars). The public transport is excellent. Trains, tram, bus are all within few minutes walk from the place. BILLS: Winter (December, January, February) around 500 PLN per person monthly; Autumn/Spring (March, April, May, October, November) around 450 PLN per person monthly; Summer (June, July, August, September) around 400 PLN per person monthly. There is a good internet WiFi connection with a very good speed and unlimited transfer of data (fiber internet connection).
