Each room is sunny and fully furnished (many sockets and plugs, lamps, bedside table, desk, wardrobe, bed with comfortable mattress). There are 3 standard bedrooms, 1 big bedroom with 2 beds and a small bedroom. THE DEPOSIT IS NEGOTIABLE (LOWER AMOUNT) FOR A PERIOD SHORTER THAN 3 MONTHS. If rental of 1 month only +10% higher monthly rent There is a very beautiful new courtyard with a playground. The size of the entire flat is around 140 m2, the bills are very low (central heating system). The monthly rental can be paid via cash or bank transfer (better bank transfer) in the local polish currency.
