The last renovation was in October 2024. Description of the place: The place is made of a kitchen-hallway, a living space-main room and bathroom. The apartment is located on the ground floor in a very elegant building. The studio is made of a big room, kitchenette/hallway fully equipped and bathroom. There is a brand new big sofa-bed, purchased in 2020, for 1 or 2 people and a single bed. The tenant(s) can get a play-station and a TV (only upon previous request and if still available). The Lessor can get for the tenant(s) as well a monthly subscription to view the football leagues. NEIGHBORHOOD: The building is historical, clean and very elegant, with a cool backyard. The closest bus/tram stop is Nowy Kleparz, just few seconds walk from the place. The old town is just 9 mins walk. The railway station is 9 minutes walk. The m(hidden)us station is around 10 minutes walk. The food market Nowy Kleparz market is few seconds walk. The Business park Quattro is about 12 minutes by bus. Information about "Nowy Kleparz" food market It's a market close to the local transport stops/stations. You can find here fresh fruits and vegetables, but you can see as well attractive prepared traditional food. You can barter in this local market flowers, dishes or cloths. Additional services: The tenant(s) can get a bicycle if available and only upon previous request. A monthly price all inclusive (monthly rent and all bills included) yes negotiable upon request. There is a very good internet WiFi connection with a good unlimited speed. There is a safe to deposit money and valuables. A service of bed linens and towels is available upon previous request. The cost of the bills is upon consumption. The tenants can deal with the Lessor a reach-out monthly amount for utilities and bills (all inclusive option). Additional information: There is a microwave, fridge with freezer, iron, iron board, wardrobe with hangers, drying rack, hairdryer, hair straightener, kettle, toaster and boiler. The Lessor pays for a service of 2 hours general cleaning per month in the apartment, this service is for FRE for the tenants cause it's included in the price of the monthly rental. There is a service of bed linens and towels in the apartment available for the tenants, this service is for FREE for the tenants until exhaustion of linen (until the stock lasts) cause the Lessor pays for it and it's included in the price of the monthly rental. There is an extra service of bed linens and towels (if the tenants request more items) available. The cost of the rental is optional and not included in the price of the monthly rental.
