Das Bad ist mit einer einer Dusche ausgestattet. Fön, Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind auch vorhanden. Ein Fernseher und kostenloses Wlan stehen auch zur Verfügung. Auf Wunsch ist ein wöchentlicher Putz-, Handtuch- und Bettwäscheservice für € 48,00 pro Woche möglich. Das Apartment liegt im modernen Zentrum Kölns im beliebten Belgischen Viertel.
