Nice apartment with balcony in the belgian quarter The 50 sqm apartment is modern and comfortable furnished. The bedroom has a big double bed (1,60 m x 2m). It has a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, hob, coffee maker, microwave and a kettle. In the living room there is a dining area and a sofa. It has a small bath with a shower. A nice balcony is also for you to enjoy. A TV and free WiFi are included. On request, a weekly cleaning service is for € 78.00 per week possible. The apartment is located in the modern centre of Cologne in the popular Belgian Quarter. The quarter offers everything you can expect from Cologne in the immediate vicinity: from the traditional brewery and exquisite restaurants to bars, nightclubs and many small individual shops. Shopping facilities for daily needs are available in the immediate vicinity. The apartment, however, is located in a quiet corner of the quarter and is ideal for business people or students. From the tram stop Friesenplatz (300 meters) there are underground lines that go in all directions (more info on (hidden)). Cologne ́s main station (Köln Hauptbahnhof) is 20 minutes walking distance. City-Tax: since 01.12.2014, the City of Cologne has levied a cultural subsidy tax (bed tax) amounting to 5% of the rent. Der Hauptbahnhof am Dom ist zu Fuß in 20 Minuten zu erreichen.
