With a 24/7 manned security entrance, large outdoor community pool, onsite convenience store, spa, splash pad, playground, fitness center, resort style clubhouse, business center, movie theater, arcade machines, volleyball, tennis and basketball courts. Our Management Team are here to support your needs ensuring you a fantastic vacation and that you enjoy this getaway space. They will provide keypad entry code for a touch free, hassle free experience. Downstairs en-suite king bedroom, beautifully decorated in white coastal decor has a huge bathroom with tub. Your room patio door leads to a seating nook under a covered lanai for a morning coffee or move to one of the poolside sun loungers. West facing private pool and spa. Downstairs another en-suite king bedroom close to the children's bunkbed room, that is a twin bed over a very comfortable full - decorated to please in a turtle theme! Upstairs, another King Bedroom, Queen and Twin beds with a shared bathroom, giving you lots of individual space. You can come together in the large open plan living room, patio doors leading to a spacious pool deck or gather around the dining table that seats 8. The kitchen that has everything you need including brand new appliances. To ensure our highest quality, please note the following: Strictly no pets, no smoking, no more than 4 cars allowed. Important notice for Garage: Motor vehicles / trailers / heavy objects are prohibited in this garage. The garage floor in this property has been painted and sealed . It’s sole purpose is for guests to use it for a games room only. The floor is not strong enough to take the weight of any type of motor vehicle or heavy objects. Check in time is 4.00pm. Check out time is 10.00am. (Early check in or late check out can be requested, but requires approval based on home availability - additional fees may apply.) This self catering accommodation will provide a starter pack of soaps and bathroom tissue. Guests will be expected to purchase any additional items needed. Please note you can also pre-book the pool/ spa/ jacuzzi/ hot tub heat for your home for an extra fee. No commercial vechicles, trailers, boats, etc are not allowed in the community. See below what's not allowed in the community. Commercial Vehicles: 1. Definition of a commercial vehicle is any combination of three (3) criteria listed below: 2. Vehicle has a curb vehicle weight over 5,800 lbs or 6,800 lbs gross weight 3. Vehicle has additional equipment installed to allow: 4. Plowing 5. Lift other vehicles 6. Lift gate 7. Mechanical arms that enable lifting materials, personnel service buckets etc. 8. Tow hitches, bars or arms 9. Vehicle has commercial tags 10. Vehicle owned by a company 11. Vehicle has lettering, magnetic sign, decal or a wrap advertising a service or retail product with or without contact information 12. Vehicle has ladder racks 13. Vehicle has material transport racks/boxes 14. Vehicle seats over 8 people 15. Vehicle is registered or tagged as a livery or limousine 16. Vehicle has dual axles 17. Vehicle has a mount in bed for “fifth wheel” trailer towing b. Recreational Vehicles (RV or Motor Home) – All types towed or self-powered i. Defined as both motorized and non-motorized vehicles that combine transportation and temporary living (hidden) for travel, recreation or camping. c. Trailers for: Cars, Boats, recreational vehicles, motorcycles, debris removal, utility use etc. d. The following other types of vehicles may not be operated within community: i. All-terrain Vehicles (ATV) – any Non-Over Road Vehicle ii. Mini-bikes iii. Vehicles not registered or insured to operate on public roads e. The exceptions to non-over road vehicles are only to be used by the community vendors and management in the performance of maintenance and the execution of community related business.
