Only a few minutes’ walk from KIT University, the city centre, the castle, shopping, nightlife, restaurants, and public transport. The location is extremely well connected, so you won’t need a car. You will be the only other occupants in the building aside from us. The rent includes the outgoing - electricity, water, rubbish collection, internet and heating. Please note: 4th-floor walk-up (no lift); not suitable for children, pets, or the elderly. We also require security deposit of 3000 Euro. This penthouse has been recently renovated and decorated by an Australian artist and designer (myself). The unique blend of coziness, elegance, openness, & artsy flair creates a one-of-a-kind stay.
