The apartment has a bathroom with a bathtub. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove (gas), fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, blender, dishwasher and more. The apartment has both heating and air conditioning and is well isolated with double glazing. High speed internet 300Mbps, cable TV, TV stereo and home cinema system and laundry facilities are all available in the apartment. The apartment is located in Ixelles. Ixelles is a neighborhood with character and style, wildly popular in the expatriate community. The apartment is at walking distance of the European Parliament and Shuman square. It is closely located to train and bus stops that bring you to the city center in 20 minutes. The additional fee of 35€ in the description corresponds to the tax on furnished rental. 9 to 12 months rentals: +20% More than 1 person: +50 euros/months excluding utilities. The 35€ item in other cost is not optional, and referrs to the monthly commune tax on furnished rental. The amounts of the charges are provisions on your personal consumption. every 6 months a count is made on the basis of meters which are individual to each apartment.
