FOX Université is a lovely house right next the University of Brussels with 6 rooms and a studio. STANFORD is a beautiful 40 m2 room on the third floor street side, composed of a double bed, a small desk and a dressing.. The bathroom is with a shower , a washbasin and a toilet. You have too a kitchen to share with the room on the same floor. In addition to this beautiful private flat, you can enjoy, if you want, a beautiful common space on the first floor to share in co living with the other occupants of the house. The common area and the stairs are cleaned weekly by our team. A spacious common area and a fully equipped kitchen, 1 fridge, 1 freezer, sufficient crockery and cutlery, a dishwasher, lockers that you can privatize. There is too a lounge area with a TV and a little kitchen with a fridge, a coffee machine and a soda stream. You can share an aperitif watching TV. In the common area as in each room, you have wifi. In addition you have access to the terrace and the garden and a laundry room and a common cellar. Convenient and flexible, for stays of less than 6 months please contact us. Everything is included in your basic rent and charges (150 €): with WIFI and TV, electricity, water and gas. All common areas are cleaned weekly by our team. Please take into account that an inventory of entry must be made before renting a property. The Civil Code made it mandatory in September 2018, in all regions of Belgium. You have to pay the expert at the time of entry (+- 120€) For rentals of less than 6 months, the price is increased by 40% for rentals of 1 or 2 months. The price is increased by 20% for a rental of 3, 4 or 5 months.
