This beautiful, modernly furnished apartment is located in an apartment building. It is a former bunker. The apartment is therefore very quiet. It can be rented for a period of 6 to 12 months and can afterwards be extended. Within a few minutes walking distance you can reach various stores for daily needs as well as cafés and restaurants. It is a pleasant residential area. Behind the house the S-Bahn runs, but the apartment is still very quiet due to double glazing and the thick walls. The Landwehr station is just around the corner. Also bus stops and subway stations are in the vicinity. There is parking space on the street. Miscellaneous For the rental we need a Schufa -information and salary statements or employment contract and employer's certificate. The deposit is two months rent. The final cleaning is 200 Euro. Additionally, a one-time service fee of Housing Anywhere is charged. Diese schöne, modern möblierte Wohnung befindet sich in einem Mehrfamilienhaus. Es handelt sich hierbei um einen ehemaligen Bunker. Die Wohnung ist dadurch sehr ruhig. Sie ist befristet ab 12 Monaten zu vermieten für eine Person. In wenigen Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß diverse Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf sowie Cafés und Restaurants. Es ist eine angenehme Wohngegend. Hinter dem Haus fährt die S-Bahn, die Wohnung ist dennoch sehr ruhig durch Isolierverglasung und die dicken Wände. Die Station Landwehr ist direkt um die Ecke. Auch Bushaltestellen und U-Bahnstationen befinden sich in der näheren Umgebung. Es gibt Parkmöglichkeiten an der Straße. Sonstiges Für die Vermietung benötigen wir eine Schufa - Auskunft und Gehaltsnachweise, Arbeitsvertrag oder Arbeitgeberbescheinigung und Vorvermieterbescheinigung. Die Kaution beträgt zwei Monatsmieten. Die Endreinigung beträgt 200 Euro. Darüber hinaus wird eine einmalige Servicegebühr von Housing Anywhere erhoben.
